FALL HARVEST FESTIVAL

OCTOBER 29TH | 5- 7 PM

Join Tree of Life Ministries for our annual Fall Harvest Festival! Enjoy a safe afternoon of fun for kids and families. We welcome the whole community to this festive event. The parking lot will be full of decorated trunks with lots of goodies in trunks. Kids and parents can make their way around, food trucks, candy, inflatables, and fun!

ADMISSION IS FREE!

Trunk or treat

We will be having decorated trunks set up all around the outside of the church. Each trunk has a set theme and will be handing out candy! 

If you’d like to donate your time by decorating your trunk and participating in this event, please click here to sign up. 

We are accepting donations for candy (any kind) and non-chocolate and nut-free treats to hand out during the event. Donations can be brought to the Welcome Center on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays, or during church office hours.

food trucks

At the festival, we will be having food trucks set up around the parking lot. You will have to pay for your own food. More details about which food trucks will be here will be provided soon.

boutique vendors

Come support our local vendors at the festival! There will be many different vendors set up for you to stop by and visit. If you are interested in setting up your vendor station at the festival, please click here for more information and how to sign up.

games

There will be lots of games for you and your children to play! Some games will be set up at trunks and some games will be set up around the parking lot. If you are interested in hosting any games, please contact Samantha Hutcherson at samantha@tolm.net

inflatables

Your children will be able to enjoy a multitude of inflatables at the festival! There will be bounce houses, slides, and more!

The attendee assumes all liabilities and accepts sole responsibility for any injury (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that attendee may experience or incur in connection with attending the event. Attendee hereby releases, covenants not to sue, discharges and holds harmless Tree of Life Ministries, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from any such claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. Specifically relating to the global COVID-19 pandemic, the attendee acknowledges the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assumes the risk of exposure or infection by attending the event, and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. Attendee understands that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at the event may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of others who may attend the event or their families, colleagues, or others with whom they may have contact. Accordingly, the attendee understands and agrees that this release includes any claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Tree of Life Ministries, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in the event. In addition to all other rules and regulations relating to the attendee’s attendance at the event, the attendee agrees to comply with all COVID-related procedures that may be implemented by Tree of Life Ministries to protect as much as possible the health and safety of all attendees. A Guardian MUST be present with their children at all times. Children MUST be supervised by a guardian to participate in the event.
