TREE MARKET information

The Tree Market will be held every first Saturday from 8 AM – 1 PM until September. To be a vendor, please read the guidelines below and proceed to checkout to secure your spot(s).

Selling Guidelines

Selling costs $10 for the first 2 parking spaces, and thereafter, it is $10 for each additional space (whether fully or partially used).
- Please note that no refunds will be provided.
- Selling of food and/or drinks is prohibited. However, food vendors should contact Heather Reynolds at heather@tolm.net for further information.
No roaming sales. Vendors MUST sell items in their designated spots. Vendors can not roam the parking lots selling their items.
Before leaving the selling area, vendors must remove all items and trash from their space. It is the vendor’s responsibility to dispose of the trash off the property. Vendors are not allowed to use the dumpster on church property, including for animal droppings.
If vendors wish to keep their vehicles with them, they must park them in one of the PAID spots. Alternatively, if vendors choose not to keep their vehicles with them, they must park them in the lower parking lot near the buildings.
Vendors are required to arrive between 6 am and 7:30 am for setup. After 7:45 am, vehicles will not be permitted to enter the vendor area.
The Tree Market will close at 1:00 pm.

For the safety of pedestrians, Tree of Life Ministries does not allow cars in the vendor area after 7:45 am or during high pedestrian traffic times. If vendors decide to leave early, they must inform the person directing traffic before leaving, so they can arrange entry and exit. If vendors leave and plan to return, they will have to park in the general parking area.

Vendors are responsible for providing their tables and chairs.

Tents/sunshades must be securely fastened with sandbags/weights.

Children/minors must be supervised at all times.

The vendors and attendee assume all liabilities and accept sole responsibility for any injury (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that the vendor or attendee may experience or incur in connection with attending the event. Vendor and attendee hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Tree of Life Ministries, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from any such claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. A Guardian MUST be present with their children at all times. Children MUST be supervised by a guardian to participate in the event. We reserve the right to remove vendors or buyers from our property. Items prohibited, but not limited to firearms, fireworks, illegal or offensive items, pornography of any kind, dangerous/vicious/illegal animals, snakes, drugs or drug paraphernalia, and alcohol.

We have a contract for a Port-a-potty to be delivered, please understand that if it is not delivered we will try to get it here, but we may not be able to have it here in time.
